Membership Fees and Policies
Membership Fees
For
applications received on or before Information Night on
November 7, 2007, the following fees apply:
Family Membership - $90
Valid for first two
family members. Additional fee of $25 per child or grandchild under 18
years of age. Children and grandchildren 5 years and under are free.
Single Membership - $55
Basic Membership -
$30
Recommended for those who
are interested in extended trips only.
For applications received

General Policies

Individuals under 18 years of
age must be accompanied by an adult member (18 years of age or over).

Cedar Springs Ski Club
reserves the right to cancel any trip or change the destination of any trip
due to poor weather conditions or lack of bookings.

Please bring with you on all
trips: photo ID or driver's license, birth certificate or valid passport,
membership card and proof of medical insurance.

For day trips, reserve your
seat early as seats are booked in the order of calls received. The
deadline for booking seats is the Wednesday prior to the trip, unless
otherwise indicated in the schedule.

Please occupy the same seat on
the bus for the return trip home unless prior arrangements are made with the
Bus Captain.

Ski/board boots in bags may be
taken inside the bus. All oversize bags and boots not in bags must be
stored under the bus with the skis and boards.

Guests must be sponsored by an
adult member. Members are responsible for their guests.
Cancellation and No Show
Policy
-
After you have booked your
trip, it is your responsibility to call and cancel if you are unable to
attend. To avoid cancellation charges, you must call the Club at
905-332-4320 before the booking deadline for the trip.

Cancellation after the booking
deadline will result in a cancellation
charge of cost of the bus seat plus a $2 administration fee.

A "no show" will result in a
charge of the bus seat cost plus a $2 administration fee.

Cancellation charges should be
paid prior to your next trip.

Members are responsible for
the cancellation charges of their guests.

Please check departure times
in the schedule. Buses depart punctually.
