To reserve your spot
on a bus call the club line at 905-332-4320. The booking deadline is
Wednesday 9:00pm for all Saturday and Sunday trips. For mid-week trips
the booking deadlines are noted in the schedule below. Buses depart the
resorts for the return trip at 5:00pm sharp except as noted in the
schedule. Please be sure that you read, understand and
agree to the
club policies below before booking
a day trip.
Bus prices for all trips are $15 for members, $25 for guests.
*Denotes a U.S. destination. Please note that changes to documentation
requirements for U.S. border crossings are now in effect. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary identification
with you on the bus when crossing the border. If you are detained by
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials due to lack of proper
documentation you will be left behind and you will have to arrange your
own return transportation. Information on border crossing documentation
can be reviewed here.
Additionally, most
plant and animal products are restricted from being carried into the
U.S. Any and all items on this
list
may be confiscated by U.S. CBP officers at the border. Please respect
this requirement when planning to bring lunches or snacks to U.S. ski
resort destinations.
General Policies

Individuals 18 years of age
and under must be accompanied by an adult member (19 years of age or over).

Cedar Springs Ski Club
reserves the right to cancel any trip or change the destination of any trip
due to poor weather conditions or lack of bookings.

Please bring with you on all
trips: photo ID or driver's license, birth certificate or valid passport,
membership card and proof of medical insurance. A valid passport is
mandatory for trips to the USA.

For day trips, reserve your
seat early as seats are booked in the order of calls received. The
deadline for booking seats is the Wednesday prior to the trip, unless
otherwise indicated in the schedule.

Please occupy the same seat on
the bus for the return trip home unless prior arrangements are made with the
Bus Captain.

Ski boots in bags and
snowboarding boots in bags may be
taken inside the bus. All oversize bags and boots not in bags must be
stored under the bus with the skis and boards.

Guests must be sponsored by an
adult member. Members are responsible for their guests.
Cancellation and No Show
Policy

After you have booked your
trip, it is your responsibility to call and cancel if you are unable to
attend. To avoid cancellation charges, you must call the Club at
905-332-4320 before the booking deadline for the trip.

Cancellation after the booking
deadline will result in a cancellation
charge of cost of the bus seat plus a $2 administration fee.

A "no show" will result in a
charge of the bus seat cost plus a $2 administration fee.

Cancellation charges should be
paid prior to your next trip.

Members are responsible for
the cancellation charges of their guests.
