The season that really never was is now over. Time now to
think of summer and then, of course, planning for the coming
winter. But there are still club functions that continue and
be sure to mark your calendar for these dates.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) --
Wednesday May 9, 2012
Please plan to attend the club's AGM. As a member operated
club, we all have input as to the continuing success of our club
. . . and it all starts at the AGM. Yes, we discuss the previous
year, where we went, the fun we had and the new friends we made.
We also review the club's finances and elect (or re-elect) three
directors. But most importantly we discuss and begin the
planning process for the coming season. A great time to provide
input and suggestions. Mark you calendar. The formal notice with
all the meeting details will be sent to you shortly in the mail.
If you can't make it to the meeting please be sure to fill out
the online survey with your comments
and suggestions for next year. Your input is important to us!
Summer BBQ & Golf -- Saturday July 14
Just an advance notice of this annual summer gathering. Mark
your calendars now. As well as being posted here on our website,
complete details of the day's activities will be mailed out to
everyone in June.
2012/2013 Destinations -- Your Input
Starting this April, the club Directors will begin the
selection and planning process on our club's destinations for
the 2012/2013 season. The club Directors strongly encourage you,
as a member, to submit to us your recommendations and
suggestions - both for our Extended Trips and our Day Trips. All
recommendations and suggestions are very seriously considered.
You may submit them to the club by printing this

form, filling it out and send it by snail mail or e-mail,
leaving a message on the club line, or filling out the
